For quite a long time Aubrey has been knowingly selling earpieces with faulty packaging and when the consumer finds the earpieces are broken before using them, Aubry violates the company policy and still make members pay for new pairs. She said she does this every day and does not care. When I opened mine and I found mine were broken, I asked for a new pair. She denied them to me and stalked me in the bathroom till I bought a new pair. She is very rude and I have seen her mistreat other members as well. Do not work with her.
