I have(had) a lifetime membership for 15 years with 24 hr fitness and moved to San Diego. I went to Balboa 24 hr fitness and had to upgrade my membership to pay monthly dues. My new dues were taken out via autopay. Today I went into the gym and was told my membership was canceled because I didn’t pay my existing yearly fee. 24 hr fitness sent my bill to my old address and gave me no phone call or email regarding my $20 yearly fee….. I am now required to pay the normal new monthly fees. Really…….
