Complaint: I ordered a Catalytic converter for a Lincoln LS and received a universal catalytic converter for a Taurus indicated on the invoice. There is no phone communication with the credit department so after 2 weeks and numerous emails I finally received a return authoriztion number. I shipped the part back for credit and emailed to Sharon Burkhart, the Credit Manager to ask when credit will be issued.
