In August I purchased a package for laser hair removal and was processed in the store for a healthcare credit card for approximately $1500. A couple of days later I cancelled my services when my son’s car broke down. I figured I needed the money to help him buy a new car for college and in good faith took the word that I would receive a refund. I did keep one service which I was told would cost $250. I was also told that it would take 4-6 weeks to receive my refund. nIt is now January 21 and when you can reach the people at corporate they give you the same pat answer “it’s being worked on””. I was also told that my cancellation was never submitted until the end of September. In the meantime I have a bill from Chasehealthadvance for over $1900 due to late fees and penalties. nI have tried numerous times to find out when I’ll receive a refund and have contacted the credit card company and told them that I had cancelled the services. They will not work with me because it is outside of the 30-60 days you have to cancel. My credit is being damaged because I cannot afford to pay $1900 for services I did not receive and I refuse to pay a monthly fee on services I did not receive. nIn doing my research I have found several people who have complained about similar treatment and I believe it is a SCAM that is being perpetuated on everyone who enters American Laser Centers.nSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! nCalzonannGilbert
