The Aquatic and Fitness Center should be forced to change their actions and policies towards members. nAs a long term member of this gym, I was appalled at the events that have occurred over the past year at this gym. My husband and I have paid on time in full every month, but that is not enough for this gym. Let me explain. nFirst: The trainer that I used frequently missed appointments. Despite my concerns, he was able to continue at the gym for months until enough members complained that he was borrowing money. nSecond: There have been instances where the abundant cell phone use has almost led to physical confrontations. We were told that while there is a tiny sign in the gym asking members to speak in the lobby, that it is up to the members to confront other members about cell phone use. This only makes it an unpleasant experience for members and can put a member in harm’s way. Employees do not enforce the cell phone “policy””. nThird: After being in physical therapy at Aquahab
