First, let me say – this is a HORRIBLE gym – the worst experience we’ve ever had at a gym and we’ve belonged to many. They are ignorant of how to treat customers and they make it very difficult to end your contract even after it has technically expired. nWe signed for a 2 year contract which of course was only used 4 or 5 times. We dutifully paid our monthly fee for 2 years. At the end of the 2 years, we called to cancel the contract. From that point on the customer service, and management at the gym and at ASF the billing company have been rude, not helpful and seemingly unwilling to let go of our our money! nSo we were informed of a 30 day period to cancel, that we could email our request. Okay, so now we pay another month for an used service… Anyway, we did what they requested and emailed the cancellation and paid our final payment. So we thought. Then we get another bill in the mail still charging us for the monthly fee plus a “manual draft”” fee. WHAT?? We just want the thing canceled. nSo again
we contact customer service both at the gym and at the ASF and they are no help. We are still fighting to get the contract canceled and for them to shop charge us false
made up fees. nSeriously
buyer beware. Don’t sign up with a World Gym anywhere
because their billing is done by ASF
