Complaint: They overcharged to have my front windshield repaired ($875) under the assumption that the insurance company would just pay the difference after my deductible was paid.They also committed fraud by getting me to sign an authorization that any unpaid portion could be deducted from my checking account under the pretense I was signing a work completion order.
