Complaint: After ordering a part from this vendor and then received wrong part two weeks later. Contacted vendor, explained that we had received someone else’s order, put on hold for over 30 minutes “to research”” this. Was told that our part was not available and that a credit was “”supposed to be issued to us”” . No credit was issued thru Paypal. Immediately requested refund

Phone: next person who picked up told us they could not process refund because they were only “”supervisor”” and that manager was “”at lunch””. We asked them to have manager call us back immediately
