Complaint: Placed an order 7-26-09 Sunday evening at 11:43 pm. As of 7-28-09 Tuesday at 1:08pm, order still has not shipped. Talked to 3 different customer service reps. One told me the cut off for overnight orders was 1pm, another told me noon and another told me ten in the morning. Customer service informed me that I would have to wait 2-7 days to receive order. Asked to be escalated to a manager 2 times. I was told they were “in meeting””. I informed them it’s my right as a consumer to speak to a manager at any time and was promptly hung up on. Called back. Finally the 3rd time I got a manager. My order was processed and an email was received from [email protected] at 1:45am 7-27-09 Monday. Customer service was rude. I was treated like I am stupid by a male phone agent. The company doesn’t care. Sct jacksonville
