i ordered this product,when i recieved it i wasnt happy with it but decided i was only out about 20.00 so i didnt bother returning it.about 3 weeks later i get another package with 2 videos included.i call company and explain that i didnt order these and am told that by using my card i agree to future shipments and can cancel at any time.this person goes ahead and cancels my shipments and tells me how to return the product.i will recieve a refund in about 7-10 days. nnot only do i not recieve my refund but 3 weeks later i get charged another 19.99.i call back and am told that my account has been canceled and the aditional charge was for the shipment i sent back that they still havent recieved,bringing the total for two videos to 59.90.i ask to speak to a supervisor and am hung up on.i go to my bank and change my card so they cant charge me for anymore product.then i decide to contact the better business bureau,i figure it cant hurt.this was done on line and i recieved a response the next day from them. nthe day after i recived the notification from the bbb i recieved a phone call from a woman representing the benderball comp. she was so sorry for the misunderstanding and wanted to make this right.said she would get a check out to me the next day fedex.well i recieved the check the next day and deposited it into my account.it bounced.so i call her back she sends out another check,this one i take to the bank its drawn on and cash it. nmy advice to anyone having the same trouble,contact the bbb it only takes a few minutes on line and it works.i not only got the 59.90 but they also refunded my shipping charges and the charge from my bank.if you do get a refund from them cash it,right away.this company needs to get a clue that people arent going to be ripped off by them. nTheresancitrus heights, CaliforniaU.S.A.
