My husband and I watched an intro video on facebook at the begining of 2014, and decided to try a lot of the principles she talked about in the video. Without even purchasing the extended material he was able to drop 40 lbs and I dropped 20 lbs. He worked out a lot, I didnt work out more than maybe once per week, only because he dragged me along. The reason I say this is because the whole program is based on a philosophy that weight loss is 80% what you eat(not how many calories…there is a huge difference) and 20% working out. After having seen such great success last year we decided to purchase the most basic package available for $57.00. I read some previous comments that said that people had a hard time getting through the website without purchasing the extra books and products available, but I think they might need to get their eyes checked. I used my cell phone and it was so easy. I started the 14 day kickstart diet plan she highly reccomends everyone doing, and after 2 days I have already lost 3 lbs. It amazing to see even those kinds of results because I have been stuck at the same weight for about 4 months, so that was amazing to see at the end of day one. To be honest it was more food than I normally eat, but it was better kinds of food and better combinations. Isabel will probably be the first person to tell you that what she has to teach is no huge secret. It’s just eating foods that keep your blood sugar level so your body stays in fat burning mode all day long. I fully expect to loose another 50 lbs this year on this program and know that I can do it. It’s easy to follow and great to teach you how to eat. I felt like my mother and father failed to teach me anything more than how to put food in my mouth, i was never talked to about calories, or food nutritional contents etc. This program picks up what my parents forgot to teach me. I know I’m not the only one whose parents didn’t do this, that’s why I love this program so much!
