Placed an order for an in-stock product on November 11th. Days passed and no shipping info was sent and order showed unbilled/unshipped. Several e-mails went unanswered and no product was ever sent but no charge was ever made either. Come December 2nd, I see a pending charge from the company for a product I never received. Order status still claims the charge is unbilled. Tried to call both customer service lines but no one answers and one is always busy. Called bank and they said once the charge posts I can file a fraud claim.
