Complaint: Bobby Taylor’s Mr. Transmission shop charged me $2843.54 for transmission work on my van. The van had to be towed in twice. While in their possession they damaged front of my van and it has been months no repairs. My husband had work done to his truck that was in shop prior to his deployment and almost 2 months later the job was still not complete yet they kept his truck and was driving it around town and left me with no gas. Bobby said they needed to get codes to turn engine light off. I finally went to the Chevy Dealership to get truck running correctly. Mr. Taylor would not give me a detailed billing for deployed husband’s truck on my total on cc receipt and said he knows nothing about the truck. Yet that truck was still in their possession. Mr. Transmission has been billing Labor taxes…illegal! Mr. Transmission did not properly diagnos the check engine light on van. I finally took van to Ford Dealership and will need about $1000.00 more dollars of work; there was a nest of leaves and apparently rodents chewed through wiring. I wonder if my transmission ever was a problem? I have since learned that he has done others wrong to include driving their vehicle and putting over 300 miles each time and his clothing left in their trunk of car and he dented their vehicle. Check out the BBB he has 10 reports in 36 month span and only 1 resolved. I called Bobby and when I pointed out one issue the Labor Taxes he went off on me and then after his fit slammed phone in my ear. He said he was pissed that tax auditors are coming. I still haven’t heard back from him. How many people will he be allowed to screw over? He is located right outside a miltary gate; how convenient. Susan Fort Bragg, North CarolinaU.S.A.
