Body Integraton Louisville KY Kentucky Review

Terrible Terrible Let me begin by saying that I did NOT receive a massage from here but this is strictly based on my experience building up to my eventual cancellation. My girlfriend and I called to try and get a couples massage. We knew the chances were slim that we would be able to get a massage because of the short notice (we were looking to get a massage the day we called) but they were kind enough to get us in a 6pm. We were very excited to get the massage, however, at 440pm they called to explain that they made a mistake and asked if we could make it in for a 5pm appointment. We explained that we would now be a little late due to the extremely late notice. We attempted to make it there on time but due to the rush hour traffic and the late notice we were going to be there at 525pm, way to late to get in an hour massage. So we called and explained that because we were informed of the change of time so late we would not be able to make it. They apologized and said thank you for calling and letting them know. I did not have the best experience, however I will give credit where credit is due and say they were polite enough to try and get us in, and allow us to be a little late. However, we were very frustrated at the fact they called 20 minutes before the appointment to let us know of the time change.
