First of all, I have used this product for over 5 years for my osteoarthritis and IT WORKS better than any other product I have tried!! That being said there were times when there was a lag in receiving the product but they always came through…. until recently! I have been trying to order this product online for several months now ..with my credit card (I DO NOT USE PAY PAL nor WILL I PAY WITH AN ELECTRONIC CHECK) which it will only supposedly accept Discover. After entering my card information I continue to receive an error mesage that my card was rejected! That is ridiculous since I use my card all the time for purchases. I have called customer service about this and tried sending them a message with no response! Something is terribly wrong that the company is not responding to my requests. In the past, when I contacted them about my order they called me back and also emailed me. They were always courteous. Also, their product is no longer available on Amazon. I wish they would at least respond and tell the truth about the status of their company! Production problems??? Inability to get ingredients to produce products?? Orders backed up?? Please please someone find out what is going on with them and if they are ever going to offer their fantastic product again. When I was on their supplements my arthritis pain and inflammation stayed at bay. Now I am using another highly recommended product that is not half as effective as Zymosine! Would love to know the truth!!
