Bowflex – Bowflex Revolution little rock Arkansas Review

The reason bowflex is a rip-off is painfully obvious to people who work out everyday. Its all about the way the machine works. This power rod technology is a bunch of crap to make you think it works. Power rods do not work. They don’t offer the same resistance from start to finish like free weights do.This is a bad thing. You burn more calories when you work harder and your bones and ligaments grow stronger as well. Power rods also wear out and have to be replaced. This of course costs you money..lots of money. This keeps bowflex in the money. I think they should offer free power rods for the life of the machine. And how does bowflex know what each rod weighs when its really all about resistance not weight? nI work out daily and have a bowflex that I don’t use because the power rods don’t give me the resistance I need. I believe the power rods weakened my ligaments causing me to get tendonitis. nI have since got a half rack and have gained strength, can see results and will only use free weights from now on. Also something to look at is the number of various excercises you can do for each muscle group. BOWFLEX IS A COSTLY RIPOFF DO NOT nBUY ANYTHING BOWFLEX! nCurtnLittle Rock, ArkansasU.S.A.
