Complaint: On April 11th I informed the owner Edward Walte that I would like him to install two headrest monitors in the driver and passanger seats, one dvd for the monitors in the center console and a 7 inch monitor in the dash. He said no problem but need a deposit for the items. I gave him 1900 cash for the deposit for product and this covered the price for all items needed for the install. Headrest monitors and dvd player $575 and indash tv/dvd player $1200, plus other miss. parts. He called to inform me that the items arrived and to bring it in on friday for the complete install. And he would need it for one complete day. He informed me of approx 5 hours for the install with 10 max. But leave it a day to be safe. I called that night and he said he was havin issues and needed it till the next morning(sat) I said no problem but I have 3 kids and need the car back asap. He informed me noon at the latesest. Noon come around and I call, he siad it is complete but the seats need to go in, give him an hour. Call back with no answer, the rest of the day I left him a message at 6 sayin, I need my car and Ill be down in an hiur to pic it up. No return call. I showed up at the shop and my car was outside, so I went to check out the work that he was to have completed, the two headrest monitors and the one dvd player is all he installed in 2 days. I tried to call for the next 3 days with out an responce so i went down to the shop and Ran into him. He then informed me that the in dash monitor never came in and it should be in today and he would call as soon as it did. That was approx the 17th of April. At this time I also informed Ed that the monitors were acting up, they will not come on in the mornings, slow start up when they do come on. He looked it over and found a loose din plug and said that was the problem. The next day I went out to see if the problem was really fixed, it was NOT same stuff, so I called him again with no answer so i left a message stating the issues again, to my dismay never got a return, call on the issues with the monitors or the head unit arriving. So i contacted the local PD. NO luck but got a call after the police called him, Yelling at me for callin the po po. He then told me the deck wasnt here and to wait till fri it would be here the 27th. And if I wanted him to look at the Monitors bring it by on the 25th after 430 and he would try to figure it out. Called 5 pm till 730 that night with no answer, So here I sit, I paid him to install 3 tvs in my car so my kids can bee good for road trips, and only have two and they dont work. I have left 100’s yes hundreds of voice messages on his cell and work phone, no return call, no set business hours shotty Business practices with no formal written estimats or recipts, The messages I left said to give me my money back and take the broken stuff out of my car. AND THATS WERE IM AT I WANT IT OUT AND I WILL HAVE ANOTHER SHOP DO MY WORK. at this time i would like my money back and the defective items removed out of my car, I will deal with cut up head rests if I dont have to deal with him anymore Rodney BELGRADE, MontanaU.S.A.
