Hello All,nWe are looking for atleast one good people to help us out. nWe totally got frustrated and disappointed with Credit care customer service & ending up with this email.nI am hoping at least this email reader will help me. nMy name is sockalingam Kannappan, Carecredit account holder & did dental expenses with ASPEN. nWe are suppose to pay the full amount of 1092.08 by June 4th. nMy wife paid the amount thru internet by june 4th. Payment did not go thru due to auto shut off at carecredit’s office. nMy wife assumed that the payment went thru. nWe later received a statement on june 14 with financial charges(666.00) nMy wife called the credit care customer service & explained her that the payment were made thru internet. ncustomer service center accepted that & said the auto payment was off that is the reason the payment did not go thru. nAlso they promised that they will wave off the financial charges if we make the full payment immediatly. nMy wife paid the full payment & as per customer service promises we thought that the F.charges were waived. nNow Today(july 18 2008) We recieve another statement for the financial charges of (724.80). nI called customer service twice and spoke with higher supervisor too, None of them are interested in helping me out. nThey are asking for the internet confirmation number (payment thru internet). nMy wife is not sure of saving this confirmation number. nIs there any good people to help me out on this…….?nThis 724.80 is a huge amount for us, No one understands that..nIf any of the readers understands this, Please help us… nthanks & best regards, nKannappan.S nxxxxxxxxxxxnEast Amherst, New YorkU.S.A.
