about three months ago i was told by healthcareone that i would get full refund if i wasn’t happy with the programe. i was not, so i called way before the deadline; and it has been more then 2 months now that i have been trying to get my money back. after calling for more 12 times the only the answer i kept getting i was on the waiting list and from what i understand my bank did not put healthcareone on the waiting when they got paid how come i have to beg for my own money. stay away from healthcareone and call your local senator to solve the issue of health insurance once and for all.
