Complaint: I regret to inform you of my great disappointment with the recent service I received on my 1988 Alfa Romeo Spider at your Space Center shop. I took my car in to have the clutch replaced which also required a flywheel. When the car was returned, it would barely run. Idle is completely erratic and starting is extremely difficult. Most responses I received from the staff at the Space Center shop consisted of throwing up their hands in frustration. If they did not have full confidence in their ability to perform the work, they should have never taken on they job. The technician even commented today it took him 30 minutes just to find the battery. In addition, the Space Center Shop’s repeated feeble attempts to crank the engine clearly damaged the starter motor. Finally, there is a rapid “thump

The car even with all the issues associated with a 20 year old Italian sports car never had a cranking or idle issue. Now it has both thanks to your Space Center shop. I am just one customer. However
