Cmc Choppers altoona Pennsylvania

Complaint: I purchased a custom chopper from Richard Cosentino thru ebay.I paid $19500.00 for the bike in full the next morning thru a bank transfer(june 19).He stated he could not start until it was paid in full.He told me i would have the bike july 3.After not recieving it on july 3 ,I heard every excuse under the sun as to why it was not ready to ship. After 10 weeks and contacting a lawyer he finally sent the bike which we had to drive 5 hours to meet the truck(sept.6). When got the bike off the truck there was damage to the rims. The starter went after only 10 miles.I contacted Richard that day and he stated he would send a new starter.I still haven’t recieved it.I have contacted him several times. And he never did anything about the damaged to the rims. Now he won’t even answer my emails. I have contacted my lawyer again. The bike looks great, but it wasn’t able to pass inspection when i recieved it.And I couldn’t ride it because of the starter that i have been waiting for ,for 3 months. He told me that if anyone repaired it without his consent that it would void the warranty, but I never got any warranty papers or books on any of the parts. So ,now I have a brand new bike that won’t even start.
