i ordered a refill on my contacts and when i received them it was not the same color, upon contacting them about it they said it was a manufacturers problem. i knew that was true, the manufacturer is only a vender for the company. but i did contact them and in return they called coastal and during the conversation she said she was going to connect me with jana at coastal and all of a sudden she said she would do a refund if i sent back the contacts. so i did and now 2 months later she says she can only offer a store credit because they were opened. i emailed back and told her i stated in the beginning they were not the same as the last ones because they would not cover my brown eyes like the others did and make them blue. so they already knew it was opened, how else would i know this. they just refuse to compensate me, and i just don’t want to throw away $175.00. nCarolnIndependence, MissouriU.S.A.
