I read through all of the fine print prior to ordering the product, knowing that their “30 day money back guarantee”” was actually 14 days after the initial order
which is actually only a week of having the product after shipping. I called the customer service number provided on the website on day 13 and cancelled. I was informed that I would not be charged as I had done so within the grace period. Lo and behold a week later
I was charged for the product I ordered and another product I did not want
did not order and wanted nothing to do with. Each of these were $85! In calling customer service again
they informed me that they could only refund me 85% of the amount due to restocking
