03/2008 UPDATE – I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE GIVEN A REFUND. REC’D LETTER STATING ONLY $1019.70 WOULD BE REFUNDED WHEN I WAS CHARGED $2039.40 AND I WAS TO RETURN THE UNIT AT MY COST– WHEN I HAD ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THE UNIT BACK IN 06/2007 BUT IT WAS REFUSED AND SENT BACK TO ME. nNOTE – OWNERS CHANGED NAMES DUE TO BAD REPUTATION FROM CELEBRITY HAIR AND ACCESSORIES TO COUTURE HAIR DESIGNS – MOTHER AND DAUGHTER TEAM – SAME OWNERS nI placed an order with Celebrity Hair and Accessories and pre-paid $2069.40 online. Their internet process said it would take 2 months to process the order plus shipping time. I placed this order on Jan 5th 2007. I have made several email and phone attempts to get a status on my order once time had passed. The most recent email is dated March 8th 2007, and as of today I have not received a response. nThe last email I received from Celebrity Hair and Accessories indicated that I would hear back from someone in two weeks which would have been on March 1st. I did not get the updated status email. The end of March I received an email which appeared to be shocked that I had not received my unit, however, was also told I would hear back with a status. nSince this time I have not heard back and calling is not successful, the phone is disconnected. The website now reflects “New and Improved and under New Management”” I am hoping they are sifting through the bad customer service orders and will be true to our expectations and either refund all of the money or provide the units with the quality we paid for. nI am hoping that this company is not a fraud but the lack of communication and the delay of receiving the product makes for the possibility of fraud. ** I have already emailed the FBI and PA Attorney General Office – www.attorneygeneral.gov/bcp_form.cfm .- I believe if we all send complaints to these agencies we would be successful in at least attempt to recoup our money ** nWandanCHANDLER
