Complaint: i purchased an extended warranty from this company dealer services.for 5 years or 100000 miles. the transmission went out 13 months and less than 20000 miles after i bought this warranty. acording to ford ,thetrannsmission is sealed and doesn’t need serviceing for 150000 miles. when i put in my claim they refused it.because i was missing 2 or 3 oil change reciepts for the engine.
