Diamond Wireless

When purchasing my iPhone 6 at the store I was sold on Diamond Wireless being told verbally by the salesperson that they are a great company because they don’t give you refurbished phones, but new ones. So I signed up. Fast forward a year and my phone took a nose dive off of my bathroom counter and shattered. I made a claim, paid the deductable, and got a refurbished phone, NOT a new one. After a bit of time whit spots appeared on the screen. I took it to an Apple Store but the phone was no longer under warranty and after they confirmed that there was no water damage (there wasn’t) they told me that the screen issues were due to it being poorly refurbished. I called Diamond Wireless to request a replacement, but because the 90 day grace period had passed, I would have had to file a new claim and pay the deductable once again. Really not good. So when you inevitably get a crappy refurbished phone from them, cross your fingers it craps out in the first 90 days.

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Diamond Wireless. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike AngryConsumers.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
