I received an invite for a trial of the Diet Patch in my email. I stupidly ordered it, paying for the S & H with my credit card. After receiving it, I decided not to use it and returned it through my postal service. Upon receiving my Credit Card bill for Feb. 2012 I noticed a charge for $89.97 on it from Diet Patch, Phoenix, AZ. I phoned them right away at 877-773-5152, but was told that because I didn’t let them know by phone (and not by returning the product) by a certain date that I was canceling, I would have to pay this. I let them know that I had returned the product upon getting it, but was told that because I didn’t have a return number they couldn’t help me. I made sure that any future charge would not be added to my credit card by canceling with them and at that point and getting a cancelation number from them. I also called my credit card company and discontinued that credit card so no further charges could be added by them. My credit card company tried to dispute this charge for me but was unable to have the $89.97 charge removed. I now have to pay for this “Diet Patch”” even though I do not even have the product. Just a warning for anyone thinking of purchasing this product to be very careful to read the small print before ordering anything. Also

do not use your credit card as they will have it on file and charge extra charges to it that you will be responsible for. Most of all

get a cancelation number for your return if you decide you don’t want it after receiving it. This company is a rip off and I would warn against ordering anything from it.”
