Complaint: I am the third person on Ripoff Scams.com to have fallen victim to D&J Auto Parts. I ordered a replacement wheel for my 1995 Honda on April 16, 2008. The company charged my credit card $70 on April 19, 2008 and shipped the part which I received on April 25, 2008. However, they shipped the wrong wheel. Their website (djautoparts.com) indicates that you have to call them to receive a RAN (return authorization number). I have called three times a day for the past three days and Renee (who calls everyone “sweetie””) advises me that the the only person who can provide the RAN is “”Charlie.”” Every time I call and ask for Charlie
