Placed an order on the internet. Contacted supplier by phone to make changes to order. Took several tries to get this right. Gave credit card number at least 6 different times, could not get this right. When order was delivered, I got the original order. I e-mail them, but decided to cancel the entire order because I didn’t know what would happen next. I still haven’t heard from them, so I don’t know what’s going to happen next. They do state a 20% restocking fee will be charged, but they made the mistake. I will not be doing business here again. It sound’s like a one person shop.
