Apparently European Wax Center has a Poliy that every three no show appointments the customer looses the privilege of making a phone appointment anymore and you have to wait and be treated as a walk in customer and receive service by the next available person. I understand that is lack of courtesy no show because they may loose that appointment for another customer. But I also consider a lack of respect not to aware the customer and let them know the firrst or second time of doing this about the procedure. Is totally unfair treatment to a customer not to inform them about their policies. You cannot find any of this information in their website or in their receipts. I will never go to the Livingston NJ store! They never informed me about this and now I losed my ability fo make appointments over the phone.
