Complaint: This company cannot deliver on the promises it makes on it’s web site. It says it answers e-mails in 24 hours. It does not. Most of the time your e-mail complaint will be ignored. After about the 5th one, you may be lucky enough to get a vague unimpressive response to make you go away. It says you will get your product in up to three weeks. More BS. It is going on over 7 weeks and I don’t have what I paid for. The person who runs this department is all over the intranet, including this web site, trying to defend his business practices and essentially blaming everything on the customer. They make it impossible to talk/complain to someone because they don’t answer the phone and there is a recorded message that says they don’t have voice mail….leave an e-mail. Brilliant! They make it a goat rope. An unending circle of complaint/no response/complaint/no response. Do not use this company. Go to the BBB for more info. Also do a Google search and you will find more complaints. Deal fairly with your customers or get out of the business. And stop blaming the consumer.
