F & S Towing san ysidro California

Complaint: My boys and I went to JACK IN THE BOX to eat. we patronized their restaurant, then we stepped off property on 2 to 3 minutes, when the F&S tow truck pulls out from JACK IN THE BOX Building and takes off with our vehicle. We ordered at 4:45 pm and towed at 5:01 PM. we went to pick up the truck and was told it was $350.00 and $34.00 per day storage fees. I was made to wait all day outside the gate, FELIX finally allowed me to pick up the truck at 5:05 PM (we arrived there at 11AM!) I was charged $384.00! FELIX only let me go in to get the truck he had my boys wait outside the gate while he threatened me with the fact that I pay and take the truck with out a receipt or my friend will have to come pick up his truck. MY friend has no visa, he could not pick up the truck. I refused and I was told that the owner would like to keep the truck for $384.00! I said I did not trust FELIX to take the truck without a receipt! He would call it in stolen! FELIX said, well now or never! If you dont want to pay and take the truck, then you can not come back for it! I stood there and thought about it, and decided to take the truck, then file my complaint against FELIX and F & S Towing and JACK IN THE BOX!!!!! Now that I got the truck back, items are missing!
