Complaint: First off I would like to say I am the son, these are my parents. I also happen to be an ASE Certified Tech and I also worked for this company. They purchased (4) 50,000-mile tires, a lifetime alignment ETC from this location. I personally checked out this vehicle before the work was done. After 10,000 miles on these tires they where worn out LFO 1/32 LFI 2/32, RLO 1/32 RLI 2/32, RRO 3/32 RRI 3/32, LRO 3/32 LRI 4/32. This wear after 10k miles after an “alignment”” they say they did. In my experience this should not have happened even if the alignment and recommended tire rotations where done a 3k miles. When the tire where brand new they had 5/32 to 6 on them that means -2.5/32 in 10

Address: 000 miles. The wear pattern was negligible at best its how fast they wore down. Hard cornering and stiff braking would wear them this way but not this badly Why am I saying all of this? Its because of mediocre work at best and the s**+!#y business practices. Tire managers get bonuses on what they sell. My parents brought the vehicle back to them had more work done $1

Phone: 400 worth of maintenance that never needed to be done. Lets take the cooling system for example. Yes they did “”clean out the system”” but they did it with “”recycled”” coolant and not at a 50/50 ratio and to top it all off they didn’t even hook up the AC fan and they have been driving all over town almost overheating
