Fox Rent a Car Wylie Texas

Complaint: NEVER RENT FROM THIS FIRM!I have rented many cars in the past and never had an issue. This is the first and last time I rent from these folks. Here is a list of things that went wrong:Fox in Las Vegas is offsite from the other rental car companies. So you take a shuttle to the rental car staging area then take another shuttle to Fox. Which adds extra time to pickup and dropoff. Real hassle.Got off the plane exhausted and they continue to push the extra insurance and full tank of gas to prepay. They make you feel like you are not covered at all if you dont buy the xtra insurance. Also the person behind the counter was a real jerk. They had one compact car left. Take it or leave it.Once car was procured, I noticed it had 50k miles and had quite a bit of wear and tear and some minor body damage. No biggie. Driving away first time I hit the brakes I noticed a lot of vibration which is indicative of a warped rotor. Returned car the next day for a swap out. Extra hour going back to office and waiting in line.New car was a lot cleaner but still had a lot of stains in the seats and a lot of miles. This one had vibration too but at higher speeds. Tire out of balance is my guess.Sad part is they aren’t any cheaper than the rest of the rental car companies.
