I hava been trying for 2 MONTHS to cancel this product. In the meantime, they take $80+ a pop out of my account! When I called again today (after receiving 3 shipments within 2 weeks, they said they would cancel my order AGAIN. I told them I have $240 worth of a product that I will not use. At first she said, well, we will send you 15% of your cost and put it in your account. Don’t send aything back because our return department is having issues. I told her THEY need to fix their returns dept. and I expect ALL of my $80+ back! Then she swiched to putting 30% back into my account. I told her they were an unethical company and this is unacceptable. She then upped it to 50% she would return to my account. I told her she could put the 50% into my account and once they receive the product, that I will expect the full amount back into my account. I did let her know that I will be reporting the company! She kept blaming it on THEIR return department. Instead, she should have credited my 100% and not made me return anything. That’s what other companies do! THIS IS A SCAM!
