Complaint: In September of 2006 I took my 2000 Cadillac to get oil change. The Need coolent light was on, so I asked them to add some coolent. After they finished I drove off. About 15 minutes later my car started smoking and leaking coolent. I immediately took the car back and they had forgotten to put radiator cap back on. After that my car started leaking coolent. I had to replace the Resevoir and the Radiator costing over $600.00. On November 10, 2006 I went back for another oil change (not sure why I went back) I then asked them to replace the Air Filter (I had purchased the air filter myself) I told them to please put everything back onto the car. I stood and watched as they replaced the air filter. The first employee tried to replace without taking the vacumm line off. She got frustrated and asked for the manager. He took everything off replaced the filter. I drove off. Half way down the road my car had no power and kept stalling. I was able to make it home to pop the hood and find that the clamp was gone off the vacumm line, and all the clamps were gone where the air filter goes. The whole thing was not put back together. I called to complain and get a refund. The regional manager proceeded to tell me that there was no clamp in the first place, and had noted that on the receipt, but didnt tell me because he didnt check me out at the register. (So if he didnt check me out at the register how did he note the no clamp?) Looking at my receipt there is no note of anything missing. I will never take my car back to them, and would recommend after reading some of the other complaints, that no one should take their car to them. Needless to say, I am still waiting for my $600.00 and my refund for the November oil change. I am sure I will never see it. Kathy Canton, GeorgiaU.S.A.
