I tried to purchase a product from GNS for a nutritional product. I never received my product to try but less than two weeks later the company billed me for double my original order. They STOLE money from my account! I have tried for over a week to speak with a human at the company with no luck. I continuously get the same phone message. You can not speak to anyone about the problem. E-mails go unanswered, as well. I plan to take this as far as it needs to go to get my money back.
