GM GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATE RIP OFF RECALL GMC JIMMY port…

Complaint: I recently found out about a GM general motors recall / policy involving my 97 gmc jimmy wiper module defect and that nobody notified me of this problem and i have been driving the vehicle this way all these years. there is a defect in the wiper module that caused a break in the soldier causing the wipers to work only sometimes due to excessive vibration. I called the executive offices and they refused to replace or even help me with this serious problem. they said due to time constraints they could do nothing but i felt that since no one notiified me of the problem and that my dealer doesnt even have any info on their database when I gave them my vin to check long ago, I feel corporate should stand behind this defect regardless and replace the unit at no cost. ANYONE WHO BUYS A GMC PRODUCT SHOULD be VERY CAUTIOUS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEIR VEHCILE DEFECTS..
