I was going to be in Acworth for 2 months back in August. So I went to Golds,and signed up for 2 months.I gave Ray my debit card. It was charged $80.00 for the 2 months.All good so I thought. I am now back in Florida and my card is getting charged every month for a gym membership in GA. nSo I call to fix this mistake, but i’m told i signed a 1 year contract. And I can’t even get out of it because the address on the contract is my address in Florida. I have not moved 50 miles from that address. So i’m told i have to pay for a year. nI did not sign a 1 year contract. I’ve been scamed. Some one at Golds screwed up, won’t fix it.
