GT Automotive Lismore Australia

Complaint: I took my car into get the drivers side lock fixed as it had been broken into and also to get the right rear door and front left doors fixed (as they locked when they were opened from the outside). After dropping my car off i received a text message from one of the mechanics telling me that we has attracted to me… he proceeded to send me message for the rest of the day while he was ment to fixing my car. A week later I still receive text messages from him occasionally. 4 days after I picked my car up from being fixed I realised that the right rear door had not been fixed as I had asked. I rang up 16/9/09 and described my problem to them. He said that he had not worked on the right rear door and that they had only worked on both the front doors (which was not needed as only one of them locked when being opened), which was not what I was quoted for. I also mentioned that one of his employees had contacted me. He was very unapologetic and rude. I asked if I could bring my car back in to be fixed to what I had be quoted, to which he replied “yes
