Complaint: After approving the repair to my automobile they said they would pay the repair but I had to pay the dealer up front. I did and filed a claim. They have not responded to two letters in four months. I received a letter from a third pary administration company who said they had the claim on file but was waiting for Heritage to clear them so they could pay it. I have researched Heritage on line and find their site and email is unresponsive. I researched their manager, who no longer work for them, Dan Brandon, and found this statement on line posted by him about his experience: General Contract Manager Heritage Warranty (Privately Held; 51-200 employees; Insurance industry) October 1999 October 2003 (4 years 1 month) This company was an extended warranty insurance company in the auto industry. Although this company has since gone out of business, I learned a lot about business development. I developed the finance department which allowed customer to finance their warranties at Heritage.
