Well, I don’t think the product is totally bad, but the customer service department could definatley use some coaching. I made a purchase to become a loyal customer, thinking it was a good decision. I gave the lady my credit card info since she had a booth set up at a venue & I wanted to get it done then, or else I would procrastinate on buying the stuff forever. I specifically told her not to input my order for another two days (which was my pay day) becasue I ordered a $200 package….. I guess in her excitment to land a loyal customer, she input my order that night causing my account to overdraft & have a ripple effect on alot of things. It was just bad timing all around. I had just finished paying other bills & this next check was my “slurge check.”” Let’s face it
I’m just an avg sinlge mother-american living pay check to pay check. So I get stuck with the overdraft fee from the bank
short on money for daycare ect. Then when I call the It Works company to have the order cancelled & not ship out to me so that I can have my money back. Apparently that was too much to ask. They say its too late becasue the order is already shipping out to me. So then I tell the young man
if the order has shipped you need to provide me with a tracking number…. His response if that my package doesnt have a tracking number yet. Well
if a package doesnt have a tracking number then it hasn’t left yet. Correct!!? He then later insults me by saying “”ehh its just a small order
