Complaint: Upon visiting the VIP Auto store on 51 Bath Road Brunswick, Maine; I found myself extremely uncomfortable and was put on the spot by one of the employees in front of the entire store! Now, the customer service representative that was helping me out, was doing his best to answer all of my questions, with a little help from another employee. I had a few different questions and am not familiar with autos like most would be, but with my husband being FT military I had no other choice but to go in with what I knew and hope someone could help me figure things out. It was all going well until JJ LEE came back to the register by the one I was being waited on at and interrupted a question I was asking, by answering it very rudely…”your husband should just come in because he would know more than you do.”” I was pretty embarrassed
