Jo Atlanta Georgia

Complaint: After some personal setbacks in my life, I went to Jordan Autos in Jonesboro, GA to get a vehicle financed to make a new start. I purchased the automobile in September 2007, giving them a $1500 cash downpayment for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It appeared to be a very nice vehicle and had all the bells and whistles. I literally thought it was the easiest car deal transaction I had ever made in my life! They had the car washed, detailed and ready to go the same afternoon a closed the deal. Address: 2008) I was driving down the street and the car began making this LOUD crunching/grinding noise! With NO warning

Website: they said it would be $1300 to put the vehicle back together so I was forced to leave it there for them to fix. Being a single mother who does not have an extra $2500 just laying around

Phone: it would not accelrate and cars were behind me on Peachtree Industrial a very busy street! After pulling over to a lube/oil change station (which was closed) I ended up calling someone to come and pick me up. I left the vehicle there overnight and put a service estimate report in the door. The next day I found out that it would cost me $2500 to get the Jeep fixed! I called another establishment and had it towed thinking it may be a better deal SOMEWHERE out there. They came and got it and low and behold
