On Sept. 26,2005 Dr. Kaplan (not bourd certified) did a procedure called LL H2O. He gave me a valium and injected novacain into my mouth & face. He put a shield over my eyes. nWhen he got down my mouth, it started burning & I was experiencing much pain. I begged him to stop! He said NO, I’m not stopping until I’m finished. I blacked out. He put a mask over face & left my neck uncovered. I had a hole burned in my neck. He asked my friend to pick me up @the back door. I was still incohertient. When I made it to my house. My eyes and mouth were swollen shut.I told to drink ensure threw a straw.I couldn’t, so they said to poor it down my mouth. Day 2, my face got worse and I was in savere pain. My husband called, begging the Dr.for stronger pain medicine. After calling every day, They finally called me in phenagan susp.50mg.(too much for any adult. nAfter inserting the med. I passed out and hit the floor. Day 3, we called again. My mask became a solid blood mask. My heart was beating in my face, & experieng more pain than ever!!!!!!!!! nDay 4, my eyes had bood bruises. My husband called again and they refused see me again. My husband rushed me to our reg. Dr.& they admitted me into the Hosp. At that time my life was @stake. Now I have $15,000. in medical bills that Ins. want pay, do to the word Cosmetic.. Please help me figure out how I can pay my medical bill. I’m still due:skincare product, makeup and botox treatment th he refuses refund my monie back.nPlease help me. nHe’s had 6 lawsuits against him, but knowones been paid.nHow can a Dr.:cut on people, doing tummy tucks, breast augentaions, and write prescription withot being board certified? nHelp me……….I’ve also been very depress and had pantic attacks, and flashbacks. nI hope my writing this letter, will keep other people from being a victum.nThank you, nMarthanOrlando, FloridaU.S.A.
