KEYES AUDI Granada Hills California

Complaint: Ok over the past month I went to Keyes Audi on numerous occassions to buy parts for my Audi, nearly everytime I went the price of the parts would be different on the phone as to when I went in always higher when I went in. Anyway I started to realise after spending around $2000 there that I had been ripped off. I paid $250 for an oil pan which Retails for just over $150. I was quoted $9.00 for a hose over the phone and when I went in was charged $29.00. My coils which there are four of I was quoted $49.00 each but as I had bought so much from them they could help me out and might be able to do it for around 35.00 each again when I got there they tried to charge me 49.00 but luckily they had no stock total of $196.00. I then went to Audi of Downtown LA and was quoted $32.99 retail but they would help me out and charge me $25.02 so I paid 100.08 for the 4 of them as compare that to the rip off’s at Keyes. Then I watched one of the staff at Keyes while giving me a price for a mount change the price on the computer from $120 – $270 and when I asked him how much and said I was previously quoted $170 change it again to $170. I them ordered from Audi Downtown and paid a little over 120. Then my oxygen Sensor needed to be changed so I called Audi at Downtown and the awesome staff told me that it was $189 but he could do it for $169. I then called Keyes and was quoted $239. Anyway so I then called the Director of Keyes Brian Gelt and told him what had happened and he told me he would talk to his parts department and let me know the outcome the next day. I did not hear from him until 2-3 days later and when I called him back he did not return my calls. I then booked my car in for my key to be coded for a new instrument cluster that had to be replaced in the car again on the phone they quoted me $130 and when I got there I asked for a proice before I let them touch the car and they quoted me $190 as they said that the cluster would take more time to change half an hour at least they said. I already had it out all they had to do was put 2 plugs in anyway Downtown Audi charged me 145.00 duid the car straight away and did not charge me any extra for the instrument panel. Oh and when I confronted Brian he said that I was given a price and that I wasn’t ripped off I then asked if he would be upset and of course he said no and there was nothing wrong done then he tried to explain something about them having to computer systems to look at anyway all I can say is please for your own sake DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!! go there. Go to Audi of Downtown LA they are friendly they are nice and prices are reasonable. Raphster Granada Hills, CaliforniaU.S.A.
