Kroger lansing Michigan Review

To: Krogers, 921 W. Holmes, Lansing, Michigan Re: Jeff, the Pharmacist. On July 18, 2014, at 11am, I was informed over the phone that a pharmacist by the name of Jeff did not want to fill my prescriptions. The excuses were numerous, but not valid reasons for refusing to fill the three prescriptions presented. The doctor is one of good standing in the community. The physician’s assistant is an intelligent woman who knew what she was doing and had carefully reviewed by medical history over the last two years. The prescriptions are not a threat to my health as implied by Jeff, the pharmacist. The lack of blood pressure medication in fact, is a threat to my health, and his refusal to fill even that prescription is highly questionable and is being presented for review to Kroger. Jeff, the pharmacist, has allowed me to retrieve my prescriptions, rather than u201cdispose of themu201d. This is because Jeff doesn’t like the FREE clinic doctor. So to avoid filling the prescription, he first claimed the phone was ‘no good’ (I called the line, it worked fine), and that my prescriptions were forgeries (who in their right mind gives FAKE non-opiate and over the counter prescriptions?). Then he claimed my PA (Physician’s Assistant) was ‘not listed’ – his way of claiming she isn’t licensed! That was absurd so by this point I knew he was just being offensive. Jeff said he wasn’t going to fill them, and he would save me the trouble and throw them out as “no one would fill them”” as he talked to “”four other pharmacies””. By this point

I wondered if he had a problem he needed to work on. I told him he could not throw them out

I would pick them up. When I came to get them

I found he wrote in red ink making the prescriptions look suspicious. Krogers may feel free to call any and all police forces to review my prescriptions. They are legal

valid and necessary for my health
