Complaint: I went to an inspection place close to my house earlier today and by just looking at my vehicle, the technician was able to tell me that my windows were too dark and that I would have to remove it or get lighter tint for the inspection to pass. So, I thought I needed a second opinion since the tint doesn’t look that dark to me. That turned out to be a very big mistake. So, I stopped at a place called “Krystal Kwik Kar”” on Bellaire Blvd and talked to a guy named “”Larry””. He seemed to be nice at first.
