I reported back in June of last year how one of the trainers at the gym had made sexual remarks and advances to me. I was harrassed by corporate to pay my dues but I felt that what happen to me was wrong. It took until December of last year to finally get a call from someone at corporate after I threaten to call the local newpaper. Things did not go well. The president of the company called me and in so many words told me I was lying. I told him I refused to pay a penny more than the $250.00 they took from my account to get out of my contract. He ask me what he could do to make me happy, I told him to refund me the money I paid for 30 minutes of personal training that I was to receive but only got 10-15 minutes a time. He said he would not do that. nI felt I was violated by this 22 year old kid who said nasty things about my duaghter and who couldn’t keep his hands to himself. I came to find out that this kid wasn’t even a trainer but a sales person. I told corporate that and even made the point that I could have been injuried. I think every woman needs to know how LA Fitness is and to stay clear of that place.
