I had placed a trial order to try out the LeanSpa products – LeanSpa and Cleanse. I was charged $1.95 for each to cover s/h – this was a special offering. nNine days later, my credit card was charged twice for $79.99. nI called to inquire about the erroneous charges to my account and was told (by Skylar at LeanSpa) that the company would not credit my account because I didn’t call within 30 days. I was told that the charge to my account nine days later was a technical error, but that even though this was a technical error, the company would not credit my account. When asked to speak to his boss, Skylar indicated that there are no supervisors on duty on Saturdays. However, I can email Alex (this is Skylar’s supervisor). Skylar doesn’t know who Alex’s boss is…doesn’t know the chain of command. nThere is nothing on their website that indicates that additional charges would be charged to a customers account after nine (9) days. nThere should be some type of legal action folks should be able to take if the company doesn’t provide a refund for system errors regardless of whether they call within 30 days or not. I believe this is how the company makes their money. Furthermore, their terms and conditions do not state that technical errors will not be addressed..which they should, regardless of when then are detected.
